New Year is a special holiday in any child's life. It is magical time when fairy tales come true: Father Frost secretly comes and leaves presents under the brightly decorated Christmas tree, it is time when garlands and candles are lit and wishes are made. A course of children's activities New Year Workshop will help young museum visitors to prepare for the upcoming holiday – to make Christmas decorations with their own hands, as well as gifts for parents and friends.

At the final lesson of the course children will make three-dimensional cards! Cardboard and paper blanks will be transformed into colourful New Year artworks. One can take any subject: a beautiful Christmas tree, winter forest or snowy St Petersburg. A 3D card made with one’s own hands is a wonderful gift that can surprise your friends and delight your loved ones.

Recommended for children aged 6–12.
